Manager Training and Development

 

Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education/English literature, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a management role.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs and resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in HITEC Taxila Cantt. The Human Resources Training Development Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training and development programs for employees. The Human Resource Training Development Manager will work closely with department heads and senior management to determine training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop strategies to improve employee performance. The Human Resources Training Development Manager will also develop and conduct workshops and training sessions, and create training materials and resources.
