Educational Leadership Management Course Level II

The HITEC Secretariat successfully conducted a five-day intensive professional development program for school leaders, including Principals, Vice Principals, Head Masters, and Coordinators. The training focused on Leading Learning Communities, School Self-Evaluation (SSE), and School Improvement Planning (SIP). The sessions were highly interactive, incorporating hands-on activities, thought-provoking discussions, and real-world case studies to reinforce learning.

Key highlights included:
Leadership insights from Brig (R) Anees Akhtar (HITEC Administrator) and Ma’am Humaira Latif Khan (GM Academics & HRD).
Expert-led sessions on SSE by AGM Academics and HRD emphasizing on authentic data collection and School Improvement Plan by Manager Academics emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
A special address by Ms. Baela Raza Jamil (CEO, ITA), providing strategic perspectives on educational leadership.
Engaging methodologies, including games, group discussions, and reflective exercises were conducted by Manager Academics.
