The spacious Mosque forms the center of HITEC. It has an independent Islamic Library and a Center for Contemporary Religious Education. HITEC motto “In Truth I Triumph” weaves through all academic, character building and grooming activities. In view of this, Islamiyat is taught as a compulsory subject to all classes. The morning assembly begins with the recitation on the Holy Quran and its translation into Urdu and English. Hamdand Naat competitions are a regular feature of the HITEC calendar.
The Religious Center offers regular courses in Hifz, Tajweed, Nazra and Hadith, besides holding seminars and symposia on important topics of religious affairs. The teachers not only make good behavior and moral education a point to teach, but also demonstrate these through personal example to act as role models.
